2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
4 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with additional cheese if desired, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
