Loaded Chicken and Potato Casserole

A deliciously creamy and cheesy casserole that’s perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle with additional cheese if desired, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
