  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic and cook until turkey is browned.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Add Ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, then stir until melted and combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped turkey bacon.
