  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
