- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) red enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until fully cooked.
- Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up tightly.
