  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Add potatoes and chicken broth to the Instant Pot.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  4. Use the quick release method to vent steam.
  5. Add cheese, sour cream, and seasonings. Mix until creamy.
