  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 ounces ramen noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and chop into pieces.
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the broth along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  5. Top with turkey bacon, green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and spinach before serving.
