Homemade Ramen

Delicious homemade ramen that combines the richness of beef with the savory flavor of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 200 grams ramen noodles
  • 100 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 250 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine beef broth and water, bringing to a boil.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add beef to the same pan, cooking until browned.
  5. Add garlic and green onions, stirring for 1 minute.
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  7. In the broth pot, add the beef mixture and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Soft boil the eggs in a separate pot for 6-7 minutes, then cool and peel.
  9. Serve ramen in bowls, topped with turkey bacon, halved eggs, and additional green onions.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some chili oil or paste to the broth.
