- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
