8 ounces cooked pasta
1 cup corn kernels
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, turkey bacon, onion, bell peppers, and cilantro.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
Fold in the crumbled feta cheese just before serving.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
