  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the rolled oats, milk, banana, baking powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the berries gently into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
