  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Coat the fish fillets in this mixture.
  3. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
