A delicious twist on the classic Full English Breakfast featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 slices of turkey bacon
  • 2 slices of chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of baked beans
  • 1 tomato, grilled
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sautéed
  • 2 slices of whole grain toast

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the turkey bacon in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Once the bacon is nearly done, add the chicken ham to the pan and cook both until crispy.
  3. In another pan, fry the eggs to your liking.
  4. Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan.
  5. Grill the tomato halved until slightly charred.
  6. Sauté the mushrooms in a bit of oil until golden brown.
  7. Toast the bread and serve all components together on a plate.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and ham and add more vegetables.
