8 slices bread
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
Instructions
Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
Spread cream cheese on each slice, then roll them up tightly.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, coating well.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish and roll the warm roll-ups in the mixture.
Notes
For a chocolate version, add chocolate spread instead of cream cheese.
