A delicious and healthy recipe combining chicken with turkey bacon and fresh vegetables.

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish.
  4. In the same bowl, mix the chopped bell peppers and broccoli, then place them around the chicken.
  5. Top the chicken with turkey bacon slices.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
