- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving some drippings in the pot.
- Add ground turkey, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the turkey is browned.
