  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
