  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Drain excess fat, then stir in marinara sauce and seasonings.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and layer the noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
