  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
