  • 8 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, mixing well.
  4. Soften tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and cheese, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
