  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, mixing until well combined.

  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
