Easy Egg Salad Recipe

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. While the eggs are cooling, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Once eggs are cooled, peel them and chop in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl with eggs. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon gently to combine.
  6. Serve on bread, in lettuce wraps, or as a dip with crackers.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
  • Customize the salad by adding pickles or hard-boiled egg yolks.
