- 6 large eggs
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooling, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into small pieces.
- Once eggs are cooled, peel them and chop in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl with eggs. Mix well.
- Fold in the chopped turkey bacon gently to combine.
