- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, carrots, and celery. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Once simmering, add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sauté the carrots and celery in a bit of olive oil before adding broth.
