- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until bubbly.
- Slowly add milk while stirring, cooking until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
