- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
- In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
