  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken evenly.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the chicken.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
