Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki with Rice Recipe

A simple and flavorful dump-and-bake chicken dish featuring tzatziki sauce and served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, and dill.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to lightly brown the chicken.
  8. Fluff the rice before serving.
