Crockpot Tuscan Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Stir in the spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and serve.
