Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A delicious and easy recipe for Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa that makes for great comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large crockpot, layer half of the pierogi.
  2. Add a layer of kielbasa and half of the onion.
  3. Spread half of the cheese on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Pour half of the mixture over the layers.
  6. Repeat the layers and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the kielbasa.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
