- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups refrigerated biscuit dough
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover and continue cooking until the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
