Creamy Tuscan Mushroom Pasta Skillet

A deliciously creamy pasta dish featuring mushrooms and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and mushrooms, and sauté until tender.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and turkey bacon, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm.
