  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to the pot, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
