Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Delicious and creamy scalloped potatoes enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the first layer.
  6. Layer the remaining potatoes, bacon, and ham, then pour the rest of the cream over the top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
