- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the first layer.
- Layer the remaining potatoes, bacon, and ham, then pour the rest of the cream over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
