  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until mushrooms are slightly soft.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Pour in beef broth and simmer until slightly thickened.
