- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
