  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup tortilla strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until tender.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, corn, black beans, and taco seasoning.
