  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage, onion, and garlic, cooking until the sausage is browned.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
