  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, cooked turkey bacon, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
