Crack Burgers

A delicious fusion of turkey bacon and chicken ham in a savory burger.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)
  • Condiments (your choice)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your choice of condiments and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the patties for an hour before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of fries or salad.
