  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and crumble it into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the crumbled turkey bacon, green onions, and celery to the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be served on its own, in a sandwich, or on crackers.
