Crab Rangoon Nachos Recipe

Deliciously cheesy nachos topped with crab, cream cheese, and crispy turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, then top with the crab mixture.
  4. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese and turkey bacon on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with sour cream on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños on top before baking.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
