  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
