  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a pot, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until it forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then mix in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool completely before filling.
  6. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  7. Fill each pastry shell with whipped cream.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate ganache before serving.
