  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 strips turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Spread cream cheese over two slices of brioche, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and sandwich with the remaining slices.
