- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
