- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups biscuits, cut into pieces
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.

- Stir in chicken broth, shredded chicken, peas, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour with a little water to create a slurry.
