  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons capers

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add lemon juice, chicken broth, and capers. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
