- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste

- Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
