  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, diced chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
