  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each cupcake liner.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
