- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of each liner.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
