  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a large bowl.
  3. Slice the smoked sausage and add it to the bowl with the potatoes.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and sausage, and sprinkle the ranch seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
