- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
