- 1 pound frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, half of the cheese, and turkey bacon.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture.
