  • 1 pound frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, half of the cheese, and turkey bacon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
